In April 2025, Fresnel Factory Korea underwent the SMETA 4-Pillar audit, conducted by Bureau Veritas Certification. This internationally recognized audit evaluates labor standards, health and safety, environment, and business ethics, and serves as a key benchmark for global companies when selecting reliable partners.

The audit confirmed that Fresnel Factory Korea operates with no forced or child labor, and that employees work in a stable and safe environment. The company was also recognized for its sound management of wages, working hours, and communication channels with employees.

While a few areas for improvement were identified during the process, all corrective actions were promptly implemented immediately after the audit.
