Edgeless Display Optical System Design for Total reflection mirror and display array
Recently, the number of requests for development related to displays is increasing. There are various developments for display development requests, there are various developments. In case of this development, it is design of edgeless display optical system through total reflection mirror and display array.
Usually, it is implemented through a lens arrangement to achieve an edge through an array of displays. However, there were many optical limitations in this development request because it was a development request using a total reflection mirror.
To overcome these optical limitations, FresnelFactoryKorea conducted primary optical design and analysis through its optical design program. It was also designed to change the angle and position of the mirror in the 3D design program, where the screen reflected in the mirror was designed to make the bezel invisible like a single screen.

Since optical design program does not have an eye setting function, we designed and analyzed by adding lenses and receivers that act as eyes.

To reduce the tolerances of display array and mirror as much as possible, we conducted mold-level tolerance management for the parts shown in the picture.
