FRESNEL FACTORY KOREA Wraps Up a Successful Showcase at SENSORS CONVERGE 2025

FRESNEL FACTORY KOREA INC. successfully concluded its participation in SENSORS CONVERGE 2025, held from June 24 to 26 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Marking the 40th anniversary of the event, this year’s exhibition attracted a wide range of industry professionals eager to explore the latest in sensing and electronic innovation.

Strong Engagement and Enthusiastic Response

During the three-day event, our team had the opportunity to present our latest developments in optical lens design and high-precision micro-patterned components. Live demonstrations of our SPT (Single Point Tooling) systems and custom optical solutions drew significant interest.

In particular, two of our featured visuals received strong positive feedback from attendees:

• The Wavelength & Materials Overview Chart clearly illustrated how our proprietary optical materials—Poly NIR212, Poly NFIR, Poly FIR200, and Poly FIR25—are precisely engineered to match the detection ranges of various sensors such as cameras, LiDAR, and infrared devices.

• The Autonomous Vehicle Sensor Map was widely praised for showing how our optical solutions integrate seamlessly into advanced driver-assistance and autonomous driving systems.

These visuals helped communicate the importance of wavelength-specific material design in modern sensing applications and reinforced our position as a material-driven optical technology provider.

Materials Engineered for Performance

FRESNEL FACTORY KOREA specializes in developing and manufacturing custom optical polymers tailored to specific wavelength bands:

• Poly NIR212 for near-infrared (NIR, 850–905nm)

• Poly NFIR for both NIR and far-infrared (FIR)

• Poly FIR200 for far-infrared (8–13μm) with strong UV resistance

• Poly FIR25 for FIR, offering excellent scratch and UV resistance

These materials are optimized not only for transmittance and wavelength selectivity but also for integration into a wide range of sensor housings and optical modules.
