We developed linescan lighting for inspection equipment in this time.
Lighting uses an elongated 1500 * 30 mm LED Bar, but the traditional methods was to shade light using blanking plates without optical elements. (Light is lose too much when you choose this way)
 
 
 

In order to test, I eliminated the existing diffuser and blanking plates. When I looked inside, there was damaged LED in some places. Power is not turned on at the end and the center of several PKG when I connecting the power.

Testing was conducted as follows.

1. Observing light distribution in the existing state of the diffuser and blanking plates

2. Observing light distribution after applying the linear Fresnel lens

3. Observing light distribution after applying LSD and linear Fresnel lenses for the removal of yellow ring and flatness of illumination intensity

Like the picture above, when compared with the existing product 1, brightness increases and beam anagle reduced in case of products 2 and 3 significantly.
It seems to be proceeding with product 2 because yellow ring and flatness of illumination intensity are not important in linescan lighting for special purpose unlike interior lighting.
